HEY! I'M KENTA

 

Fitness has been my main focus ever since I was a child. I've always enjoyed moving my body and being active, and I fell in love with practicing Yoga at 9 years old. 

 

I became a Yoga Instructor at 16, then started personal training at 18. I was cast in my first big fitness shoot when I turned 25.

 

Since then I've taught thousands of classes and trained thousands of people, both in person and digitally.

 

I've had the pleasure of working with some amazing people, celebrities, and brands. 

 

My workouts have been viewed by millions of people worldwide, and I'm always in awe of how my work can help people in ways that I may never know.

 

I truly believe that promoting health, positivity and kindness is my Purpose in this life.
